These Terms of Use apply to Better 758, a civic participation platform operated by The St Lucian Hub. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and to the Community Guidelines.

1. Purpose of the platform

Better 758 is provided to help Saint Lucians share ideas, discuss public issues, support initiatives, participate in polls, and engage in community-driven development. The platform is intended for constructive civic participation.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your account, and all activity under your account. Do not share your password or use another person's account without permission.

3. User content

You are responsible for ideas, comments, files, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you give The St Lucian Hub permission to display, store, moderate, reproduce, and share that content as needed to operate and promote the platform and civic participation.

You should only submit content that you have the right to share. Do not post confidential information, private personal data, copyrighted material you do not have permission to use, or content that could put someone at risk.

4. Acceptable use

Users must be respectful, truthful, and constructive. You may not use Better 758 to harass others, spread hate speech, threaten violence, impersonate another person, publish misinformation, defame anyone, spam the platform, manipulate participation, upload malicious code, or interfere with the platform's operation.

5. Moderation

The St Lucian Hub may review, edit, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Moderation decisions may be made to protect users, maintain constructive discussion, and preserve the integrity of the platform.

6. Polls, support counts, and participation features

Participation tools on Better 758 are intended to gather community input and encourage public engagement. Unless clearly stated otherwise, activity on the platform is not an official election, referendum, or binding government decision.

7. Third-party links and services

The platform may link to external websites or services. The St Lucian Hub is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
